“Stress, trauma, and emotional pain can quietly shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. I believe you are the expert of your own story. My role is to help you understand what’s been weighing you down, build skills for healing, and move forward with renewed hope and purpose. I look forward to walking alongside you.” ~ JaeClinical Therapist
