Anxiety

CAMP

Imagine a transformative journey where BIPOC middle and high school students come together at Anxiety Camp, a supportive haven designed to celebrate emotional expression and resilience.

In this empowering environment, students will not only normalize conversations about mental health but also forge connections with peers through expressive art practices and guided discussions. By equipping them with the tools to navigate anxiety and stress, we are cultivating a generation of empowered youth who will advocate for their mental health and uplift one another on the path to emotional well-being.

Join us in breaking the stigma and nurturing a community where every voice is valued and every story matters.

Camp activities include sensory experiences such as yoga, mindfulness, and expressive arts workshops that support emotional regulation, relaxation, and resilience. A non-contact boxing component helps build confidence and teaches effective stress management skills. The camp counselors are therapists and therapists in training who use non-clinical methods to facilitate coping strategies and implement group activities while promoting open conversations about mental health.
