An Angel Tree represents more than just a holiday decoration. It symbolizes hope and kindness, uniting families and supporters to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those facing challenges. By connecting your family with a generous supporter, we aim to bring you joy and comfort during your time of need.
Only current clients of 90 days or more are eligible for the program.
This year we are thankful to partner with Wellpoint and host an Angel Tree gathering to join together with food, celebration and sharing gifts.

Angel Frequently Asked Questions
1. Wish List Gift Items can include a maximum of four wishes: A Want, Need, Wear, and/or Read.
2. Will I get every wish that I include on the form? No. Supporters are not required to provide every wish.
3. Can I include my entire family on the angel tree? Only current clients, of 90 days or more, and their children ages 19 and under who reside in the home are eligible.
4. How do I get my gifts? More information will be posted soon.

1. How do I choose my Angel? On this webpage (1) click “Adopt An Angel,” (2) select your Angel(s), (3) click “Submit Angel Adoption Form,” and complete the form.
2. Can I have the gifts mailed to the office? Yes, you can have items shipped to 909 Meadow Lark Ln, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Please try to avoid weekend deliveries as we will not be there to accept the package. Also, please consider donating funds via our website to cover gift wrapping for your items. You may enter your Angel ID# in the donation comment section.
3. Are there deadlines for gift drop-offs? Yes, the shipping and drop off deadline is December 1st.
