Meet Brianné, Clinical Intern – Supporting Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults Through Healing and Growth

Clinical Intern

Brianné Swanagan is a dedicated Clinical Therapist (Intern) at the Center of Hope for Behavioral Health with a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is passionate about supporting young people and their families as they navigate crisis, trauma, anxiety, and depression, and is committed to walking alongside clients during some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. Brianné strives to help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and develop healthy coping skills in a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment.

Brianné holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and Family Relations and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She brings several years of experience working with children across developmental stages, including six years as a preschool teacher and behavioral coach, which has strengthened her understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and family systems.

Her clinical approach is trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Brianné most enjoys witnessing moments of growth—when children find their voice, adolescents build coping skills, or young adults gain clarity and confidence in themselves. She is committed to creating a warm, understanding, and empowering space where clients feel heard, supported, and capable of healing.

Brianné’s compassion, dedication to advocacy, and strong foundation in crisis and trauma work make her a trusted support for children, adolescents, young adults, and families seeking hope and healing.
