The current Residential Housing Services are available for women only. Admission requires an interview, the submission of an application, and proof of a COVID vaccination. A Program Coordinator will contact you or your social worker to schedule an interview. 

SHARED HOUSING & SUPPORT FOR SINGLE MOTHERS & THEIR CHILDREN

Parental functioning, depression, anxiety, genetic influences, and stressful environments can play a role in the development of adverse childhood experiences. To build a thriving family, mothers and their children receive regular support through case management & counseling. We aim to provide mothers with a loving and comforting environment, where you are supported in growing emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Rent is $900 and covers all expenses except food and personal items. Rent assistance is available for those who qualify.

All adult residents must show proof of their COVID vaccination.

Residents cannot have sex offender related charges or a related felony.

To become a resident, you must be over the age of 18, be able to function
independently, have a source of legal income, and have a child(ren) in custody or with a goal to regain custody.

Every resident is evaluated on an individual basis.

Yes. If a resident has a car on the property, they must give a copy of their insurance policy and driver’s license to the Program Coordinator.

The organization is not classified as faith based, however housing services are faith based and affiliated with Christianity.

Peter’s House is currently available for women and their small children only.

There are no pets allowed.

Peter’s House is a smoke-free and drug-free zone.

500 Hillside Court Directions

Directions: Enter “Reservoir Ave 37203” into GPS to be directed to the front of the building. The office is located in an all white, 3-story building with “500”  in black letters on the side. There is street parking along Hillside Avenue and limited spots on Reservoir Avenue. The entrance to the office is located on Reservoir Ave – down the stairs or there is a ramp available.
