A note from Janetta: Contemporary life is full of loneliness, stress, trauma and many faces of grief. Whether it be through setting long or short term therapeutic goals, I can help you warm up into flame a spirit of resilience, an inner strength which may be only a flicker of light at the moment. As a mental health counselor I use a range of modalities to help people step outside of their tangles, look at them in fresh ways and change old patterns of behavior. The mind, body and spirit dance together. I consider the physical body, emotional self and style of faith as three equal partners in vibrant good health, which is our birthright as humans. Perhaps you are tired of the trouble and dis-ease. I can help you create a plan for positive change. I look forward to meeting you.
